15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Done. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase—no questions asked.

Eligible Purchases

Our refund policy applies to:

  • Annual license purchases
  • Perpetual license purchases
  • First-time purchases and renewals

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@domore.systems within 15 days of your purchase date. Include:

  • Your email address used for the purchase
  • Your license key (optional, but helps us locate your order faster)
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional, but appreciated for feedback)

We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

After the 15-Day Period

Refund requests received after 15 days from the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee refunds beyond this period, we're happy to discuss your situation.

Common exceptions include:

  • Technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning as described
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Extenuating circumstances (contact us and we'll work it out)

Annual License Cancellations

You can cancel your annual license subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your Paddle account
  2. Navigate to your subscriptions
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

Alternatively, email us at hello@domore.systems and we'll cancel it for you.

License Revocation

Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must cease all use of the Software. You are required to uninstall Done from your device.

Refund Abuse

We trust our customers and operate on good faith. However, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, such as:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Requesting a refund after extended use (e.g., 14 days of daily use)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
